FRED OS
The operations platform for Amazon FBA brands, built and operated by Go Fred LLC.
FRED OS connects to a seller’s account through the Amazon Selling Partner API and turns raw account data into reconciled, decision-ready operations intelligence: inventory you can restock on time, finance numbers verified to the cent against settlement reports, and a clear daily picture of account health. A human reviews and approves every recommendation before any change is made.
What FRED OS does
Every figure on the dashboard traces back to a verifiable data run, so the number you see is the number Amazon settled. Stale data is withheld rather than presented as current.
FBA inventory monitoring
Inventory snapshots on a regular cadence track fulfillable, inbound, reserved, and unsellable units per SKU, and surface restock and stranded-inventory signals before they cost you sales.
Finance reconciliation to the cent
Financial events are ingested and reconciled against your settlement reports to the cent, so reported figures match what Amazon actually settled.
Order-level reconciliation
Order data is reconciled at the individual order level against financial events, catching discrepancies that aggregate totals hide.
Daily operations brief
A freshness-aware summary of the numbers that changed and the actions worth taking, delivered each day.
Human-approved recommendations
FRED OS drafts recommendations into an approvals inbox. A human reviews and approves every recommendation before any change is made to your account. Nothing executes on its own.
Simple onboarding and offboarding
Authorization uses the standard Amazon consent flow in Seller Central. Data begins flowing within one business day, and you can revoke the authorization at any time.
Zero buyer PII, by design
FRED OS is built around a strict data posture. What it does not collect matters as much as what it does.
- Standard API roles only. FRED OS requests only standard Selling Partner API roles. It does not request or receive buyer personally identifiable information: no buyer names, no addresses, no contact details.
- Encrypted credentials. Authorization tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest and are never logged or exposed.
- Read-focused access. Account writes happen only through the approvals workflow, after human review.
- Engagement-scoped retention. Seller business data is retained under a documented retention policy and is deleted when you disconnect the application or end the engagement.

Engagement-based pricing
Custom quote
FRED OS is provided as part of a managed service engagement with Go Fred LLC, not as a self-serve subscription. Each engagement is quoted individually. Four things drive the quote: the number of Amazon marketplaces connected, the size of the catalog (active SKUs), monthly order volume, and the depth of service: data and reporting only, or full operations coverage including reimbursement recovery review and weekly settlement reconciliation.
A sample scenario: a single-brand FBA seller on the US marketplace with a small catalog engages Go Fred for full operations coverage. The engagement includes daily inventory, finance, and order ingestion, a to-the-cent weekly reconciliation against Amazon settlement reports, recovery review with human-approved claims, and a daily operations brief. After a short review of the account’s size and volume, Go Fred provides a flat monthly quote for that scope.
